Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Claims Specialist. This exciting opportunity will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving claims efficiently, and maintaining accurate records.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with claims-related issues and provide timely updates on the status of their cases;
  • Process and investigate claims, gathering necessary information to make informed decisions;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and claims history;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns;
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and company policies to ensure compliance and deliver exceptional service.

Requirements:

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers in difficult situations;
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to handle complex claims scenarios;
  • Be proficient in using relevant software and systems to manage customer data and claims processing;
  • Meet the minimum educational requirements for the role, typically a high school diploma or equivalent;
  • Have prior experience in claims processing, customer service, or a related field (desired but not required).

Compensation and Benefits:
