We are seeking a skilled Food Specialist to join our team at Childtime Learning Center, 156th Ave NE. As a Food Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and serving healthy meals and snacks to our students.

We offer a competitive salary of $17.10-$23.90 per hour, based on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, education assistance, and a childcare discount. About the Role

The Food Specialist will be responsible for creating home-style, nutritional meal plans that meet state and federal regulations. You will work closely with the Director to ensure that all meals are prepared according to USDA guidelines. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed.

In addition to your culinary skills, we value your ability to work well in a team environment. You may be required to assist in classrooms as an Assistant Teacher/Floater from time to time.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in cooking or food preparation for multiple individuals, preferred
  • A willingness to learn and adhere to all current state and local regulations
  • Flexibility in terms of hours and schedule
