Job Description:

The Administrative Specialist plays a pivotal role in the daily operations of our retail stores. This dynamic individual is responsible for managing store administrative tasks, including time and payroll functions, balancing funds, preparing deposits, and participating in store team recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.

As the onsite go-to person for employee questions regarding benefits, payroll, and employment inquiries, the Admin Specialist must possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively answer and direct customer telephone calls. Additionally, they will provide support on the sales floor when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily store business activity checks, corrections, reconciliations, and reports.
  • Perform various store administrative tasks, such as inputting data into weekly schedules, processing payroll corrections, coupons, invoices, and supplies ordering.
  • Participate in employee team recruiting, screening, and onboarding processes.
  • Review security camera footage and submit reports.
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Fulfill temporary retail store duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate attention to detail in task completion.
  • possess intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Be available to work Sunday through Thursday.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exhibit high integrity.
  • Cultivate effective interactions with customers and colleagues.
  • Hold at least 2 years of admin/office experience or equivalent.
  • Possess 2 years of retail experience.
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen.
