Job Summary:

  • To provide maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrive at jobsites on time and relocate between sites as dispatched during the workday.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
  • Develop knowledge of electrical refrigeration principles and service tools.
  • Perform filter changes and basic maintenance tasks with assistance.
  • Cultivate excellent customer service skills.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Ability to operate power and hand tools safely.
  • Demonstrate commitment to developing customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal skills and strong interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will undergo a background check and drug test upon receiving a conditional employment offer. Estimated Salary Range: Up to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
