Contracts Specialist

BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Contracts Specialist opportunity in Redmond, WA.
Position Title: Contracts Specialist
Location: Redmond, WA
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 7 months (Potential chances for extension)
Job Type: [FULL TIME] (>=40 HRS WEEKLY)], [CONTRACT], [ONSITE]
Pay Range: $40/hr. - $42/hr.
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Title: Contracts Specialist (Legal)
Location: Redmond, WA
Duration: 7 Months (Potential chances for extension)

Job Description:
Performs a variety of complex administrative projects, with an emphasis on contracts administration for a department or a division, primarily related to a structured business process. Complete special projects as assigned. Review business contracts for data to be extracted, formatted and entered into business tools in conjunction with the contract stakeholders and /or after negotiated agreements are concluded. Draft agreements, kick-off projects with production, and manage relationships. Data entry into contract database. Responsible for contributing to process improvements, documenting best practices and maintaining key tools for the team. Organize workflow to effectively monitor documentation submitted through multiple departments. Coordinate contract reviews through meetings, conference calls and email. Serve as a point of contact to educate the user community in the Contract Management & Compliance Process. Other duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements
* Years of Experience Required: 3-5 overall years of experience in the field.
* Degrees or certifications required: Business or finance degree is required to be eligible for this role.
* Disqualifiers: Candidates with job hopping will not be eligible for the role.
* Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain prior contract management experience.
* Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on their ability to onboard and ramp up in the reasonable amount of time and able to take on complexity over time.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
1. Minimum 2+ years' experience with SharePoint
2. Minimum 2+ years' experience with Contracts
3. Minimum 2+ years' experience with PMing
4. + Minimum 2+ years' experience with worked with legal
