Relocation Operations Coordinator

We are excited to present an opportunity for a Relocation Operations Coordinator with Alchemy Global Talent Solutions, a distinguished firm in the moving and relocation industry.
In this role, you will oversee the seamless operation of the moving department, ensuring exceptional support for all stakeholders involved in the corporate relocation process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial relocations from inception to completion.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and team members throughout the relocation journey.
- Act as the primary liaison for a diverse client base.
- Conduct site walkthroughs and assist in preparing project bids as required.
- Provide outstanding customer service by keeping all relevant parties updated on progress.
- Handle additional tasks as they arise.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in the moving and relocation sector.
- Strong organizational and work delegation skills.
- Proven ability to manage time and schedules effectively.
- Proficient in technology, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
- Personable and approachable, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with individuals at all levels.
