Job Description

Summary:

The Relocation Consultant is responsible for managing relocation services for employees within the US. These services include policy counseling, service management, and coordination of activities. The Consultant is the single point of contact for the relocating employee and is responsible for administering the client's program to client and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer relocation services consistent with client contract and cost and service performance standards
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential relocation issues
  • Provide guidance to employees throughout the relocation process
  • Coordinate services with suppliers through completion and quality performance
  • Work with the service team to share information, execute client strategy, and achieve team and client performance standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years applicable relocation and/or related industry experience
  • Demonstrated ability to relate well to customers
  • Technical aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Basic financial analytical skills

Problem Solving – Proactively anticipates, identifies, and determines solutions for issues and problems.
