Job Title: Senior PMO Analyst/Coordinator

About the Role:

Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled Senior PMO Analyst/Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management office, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to project managers, coordinating project activities, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to project managers, including preparing project documentation, coordinating meetings, and maintaining project records.
* Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
* Ensure the successful delivery of projects by identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
* Develop and maintain project dashboards and reports to track project progress.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
* 2+ years of experience in project management or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
