The Clinical Leader in Nursing Practice at Mount Sinai Hospital is responsible for managing, assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating clinical and educational activities. This role involves leading nursing practice using the Professional Practice Model of Relationship Centered Care and the Care Delivery Model of Modified Primary Nursing.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of the budget, including capital equipment allocation, and make recommendations according to financial goals.
  • Conduct and participate in research activities related to education, healthcare management, and clinical practice.
  • Provide care based on physical, psychosocial, educational, safety, and related criteria appropriate to the age of the patients served.

Salary and Benefits
