Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams, improving patient outcomes, and driving process improvements
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation and Benefits:
