Nursing Department Leader

We are seeking a Nursing Department Leader to oversee our nursing units, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient operations. This role will require strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, with a Master's degree preferred. They should have at least three to five years of experience in clinical nursing, with some supervisory experience. The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
