Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Director to lead our clinical team at Mount Sinai Hospital. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Nursing Practice, with 7+ years of experience in clinical and administrative roles. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage unit or service line budgets to support high-quality patient care
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform quality improvement initiatives and drive patient satisfaction
  • Lead cross-functional teams to address complex healthcare challenges and improve patient outcomes
  • Mentor and develop junior leaders to ensure a strong succession pipeline
  • Cultivate partnerships with interdisciplinary teams to drive collaborative problem-solving and patient-centered care
