Job Title: Assistant Front Desk Guest Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Front Desk Guest Manager to join our team at Concord Hospitality. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by responding promptly to guest needs and ensuring all hotel staff are trained to meet standards.
  • Front Desk Management: Act as manager on duty for the hotel and manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, telephone procedures, and hotel amenities.
  • Human Resources: Manage human resources functions, including recruiting, selection, orientation, training, performance planning and evaluation, and pay and reward programs.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure the hotel's safety and security standards are met by recognizing and correcting potential hazards and following policies and procedures.
  • Operations: Maintain physical product standards by managing preventive maintenance programs and ensuring ongoing staff involvement.
