Job Overview

In this pivotal role, you will oversee a range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring seamless operations within our bakery production line. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining a high level of accuracy in inventory management across multiple Warehouse Master Management Systems. This position demands a keen eye for detail and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise, ensuring that all ingredients, components, packaging, work-in-progress items, and finished goods are meticulously accounted for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure precise lot tracking and inventory levels by performing feedback and utilizing components in the Warehouse Management system.

• Generate line inventory reports to assess scanning processes and uphold inventory accuracy.

• Utilize computer systems to conduct Labor Scanning, supporting shop floor leads as necessary.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors or clerical staff to resolve any system-related issues or error messages.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should be a self-starter capable of working independently while adhering to established procedures. We seek individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and possess a strong attention to detail.

• A high school diploma or equivalent, or two years of relevant experience (training will be provided).

• Ability to follow and implement all Bakery Standard Operating Procedures.

• Proficient in computer operations with a solid understanding of relevant software.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
