Cleaning Operations Supervisor

A Cleaning Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing and executing all cleaning activities. This role involves overseeing various projects, monitoring the performance of cleaning personnel to ensure adherence to Office Pride Standards. The supervisor serves as a source of motivation and guidance for the team, helping them understand and uphold the values of our expanding organization. Typical working hours are after 5 PM on weekdays, with some daytime responsibilities as needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise the cleaning of assigned facilities on a nightly or regular basis.
- Provide training and support to new team members.
- Instruct new hires on utilizing the timekeeping system and report any issues to management.
- Conduct inspections of assigned accounts and submit reports to the area manager.
- Cross-train to provide coverage in various buildings as required.
- Ensure that facilities are equipped with functional tools and sufficient supplies, reporting any issues or shortages to management.
- Ensure compliance with Office Pride policies and procedures.
- Enforce safety and security protocols at all times.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Ability to multitask, demonstrate reliability, possess excellent communication skills, and maintain a positive demeanor.
- Capable of thriving in a dynamic environment where changes may occur unexpectedly.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Physically capable of remaining on feet throughout the shift, including walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone.
