This position requires maintaining a high level of expertise as a 'Super User' for two distinct Warehouse Master Management Systems. Your primary focus will be on accurately tracking and managing inventory, ensuring that all materials, including ingredients, components, packaging, work-in-progress items, and finished goods, are accounted for both physically and financially.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute feedback and manage components within the Warehouse Management System to guarantee precise lot tracking and inventory accuracy.
• Generate line inventory reports to assess scanning processes that uphold inventory integrity.
• Utilize computer systems to perform Labor Scanning, serving as a backup for shop floor leads.
• Communicate with supervisors or clerical personnel when system-related issues or error messages occur.
Qualifications:

We are looking for a self-driven individual who can work autonomously while adhering to established procedures. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic work environment and possesses a keen attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or two years of relevant experience (training will be provided).
• Ability to follow and implement all Bakery Standard Operating Procedures effectively.
• Proficient in computer operations with strong technical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
