You should possess a strong understanding of complex processes and be able to enhance daily operations while keeping costs in check. The primary objective is to ensure that production activities yield high-quality products in a cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities- Establish daily, weekly, and monthly goals and communicate them clearly to the team.
- Coordinate workflow by delegating tasks and creating schedules.
- Supervise and mentor team members.
- Ensure safe equipment usage and arrange for regular maintenance.
- Monitor production output to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Prepare and submit performance and progress reports.
- Identify efficiency issues and propose enhancements.
- Train new hires on safe machinery operation and procedural adherence.
- Uphold stringent safety protocols and company standards.
- Bilingual in Spanish is essential.
- Demonstrated experience as a Production Supervisor or in a comparable position.
- Familiarity with various manufacturing machinery and tools.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-driven with a focus on achieving results.
- Effective problem-solving capabilities.
- High School Diploma; a degree in a technical or engineering field is advantageous.
