As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily production operations, ensuring quality and efficiency, and leading a team of production staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure products meet quality and integrity standards.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee performance and skills.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with management and other supervisors to resolve employee issues and concerns.
  • Supervise and schedule production staff to meet customer-specific requirements.
  • Review and analyze production orders and schedules to optimize workflows and achieve production goals.
  • Assist in setting up and completing production lines.
  • Monitor and report daily production and timesheet records.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual English-Spanish language proficiency is required.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing principles and processes.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team of at least 40 people.
  • Quality control experience in a manufacturing industry is preferred.
