Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Business Development to drive strategic growth and expansion of our business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field, and will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify New Business Opportunities
    • Research and identify potential clients, markets, and partnerships to expand the company's reach.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients while developing new ones.
  • Sales Strategy Development
    • Create and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve business goals.
  • Market Research
    • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Proposal and Contract Negotiation
    • Prepare proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close deals.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Performance Tracking
    • Monitor and report on sales performance and business development activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience
    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Education
    • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Skills
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Market Knowledge
    • Understanding of the industry and market trends.
  • Analytical Skills
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Time Management
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
