Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary contact for a designated group of homeowners, subcontractors, builders, and developers.
  • Address customer inquiries, manage claims, and respond to service requests efficiently.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure compliance with performance standards.
  • Document job progress and prepare detailed reports.
  • Maintain proficiency in our services and relevant terminology.
  • Organize and lead builder meetings effectively.
