Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for a designated group of homeowners, subcontractors, builders, and developers.
- Address customer inquiries, manage claims, and respond to service requests efficiently.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure compliance with performance standards.
- Document job progress and prepare detailed reports.
- Maintain proficiency in our services and relevant terminology.
- Organize and lead builder meetings effectively.
