Job Overview

As a Lead Customer Service Associate at Zips Car Wash, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Your enthusiasm and ability to provide excellent customer service will make a significant impact on our team's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Engage customers while selling and promoting our Unlimited Wash Club
  • Safely and efficiently load every vehicle with clear hand signals and a smile
  • Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring a thorough and enjoyable wash for all guests
  • Maintain all aspects of the site to ensure it runs smoothly
  • Perform opening and closing duties as a keyholder
Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Positive attitude
  • Previous car wash industry experience preferred
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
