Supply Chain Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to manage GXP operations, including handling inbound and outbound shipments, preparing and evaluating shipment reports, and maintaining top-notch warehouse practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, including coordination and preparation.
  • Complete routine shipment status and temperature data reports.
  • Support non-GXP operations and material handling for various departments.
  • Implement 5S and other organizational techniques to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities team to optimize material storage and flow.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with service providers and adapt to business needs.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years in supply chain or material handling, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in cGDP and cGMP environments.
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service focus.
  • IATA and DOT Hazardous Material Certification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-relevant software.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to handle extended periods of sitting/standing and moderate noise levels.
  • Work is performed in both warehouse and office environments.
