Job Title: Data Management Manager

At Dale Workforce Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Supply Chain organization, you will be responsible for managing the Customer Master Data processes, technology, training, and internal controls globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement master data management capabilities and best practices aligned with Commercial Supply Chain's business goals and priorities.
  • Develop a data implementation strategy for each supply hub and lead As-Is and To-Be workshops to confirm scope, understand business requirements, and translate to data needs.
  • Responsible for data gathering, identifying data ownership, defining data validation rules, and ensuring data correctness.
  • Leverage effective relationship building among business partners to understand the data needs, and data dependencies and identify opportunities for business process standardization.
  • Responsible for creating/updating SOPs and guidelines to ensure governance and all cutover activities leading up to Go-Live and sustainment.

Requirements:

  • Established expertise and knowledge of Pharmaceutical/Biotech Supply Chain is highly desired.
  • 5+ years working experience in related data discipline.
  • Experience with SAP, S/4HANA is highly desired.
  • Prior experience leading process change and/or systems implementation strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of master data management, data governance, and associated technologies.
  • Proven experience in establishing and operationalizing data management capabilities (not only maintaining).
  • Strategic thinker, problem solver, and results-driven.
  • Ability to apply flexibility and pragmatism when needed, while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  • Determined ability to form relationships, collaborate and influence across a multifunctional matrix organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.
