Front Desk Coordinator

The Remington hotel is seeking a highly skilled and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences, and handling all front desk operations with accuracy and efficiency.
Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and working as part of a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and communicate cordially with guests, promptly and professionally checking them in and out of the hotel.
- Assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservations when necessary.
- Promptly, accurately and efficiently know how and where to post all charges.
- Accurately manage cash handling, including receiving cash, checks and credit card information from guests for payment of hotel charges and making change correctly.
- Review any reservations with special requests and work to block rooms accordingly.
- Have knowledge of hotel rates, discounts and how to handle each.
- Have working knowledge of reservations and procedures, including how to take same day reservations. Should be able to take reservations in approximately 2 minutes. Know and follow cancellation procedures and relocation procedures when necessary.
Requirements:
- High work ethic and self-initiative.
- May be required to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
