Position Overview:
This full-time role requires flexibility to work within designated hours. The position involves providing exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to patients and visitors with professionalism.
  • Manage a high volume of calls to schedule various medical appointments, including physicals and consultations.
  • Stay informed about scheduling preferences and requirements of individual healthcare providers.
  • Effectively gather and relay essential information to the clinical team to facilitate seamless operations.
  • Utilize patient experience principles to achieve effective resolutions during interactions.
  • Identify and troubleshoot scheduling challenges, proposing solutions to leadership as necessary.
  • Engage in team meetings to stay updated on processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Assist patients with inquiries and provide timely information as needed.
  • Perform additional related duties as required.

Qualifications:
Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment.
  • Ability to work full-time during designated hours, with potential for overtime.
Preferred:
  • Experience in a medical practice setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
