Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Management: Order and manage the distribution of supplies, maintain inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of essential materials.
  • Mail and Document Processing: Process incoming and outgoing mail, scan documents, and transmit daily positive pay files to the bank.
  • Financial Transactions: Process bank deposits, print monthly commission statements, and track daily balances in operating accounts.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Record direct bill commissions, remit branch company statements and invoices, and process payments in upload accounts.
  • Customer Support: Assist Financial Service Representatives and Sr. Financial Service Representatives as needed, maintain professional accreditation, and participate in continuing education programs.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Build and maintain a favorable and professional work relationship with other staff members, adhere to established employee manual policies and guidelines, and promptly report all E&O claims and potential E&O claims.
  • Confidentiality and Integrity: Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff, and agency information.

Requirements:

  • Education: College degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical Skills: Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, experience with Vertafore a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Works effectively and relates well with others, demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, high level of organizational ability with attention to detail.
