Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supervisory Contract Specialist to join our team at Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC). As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of contracts and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Develop and implement contract strategies to meet the needs of our customers, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Procurement Planning: Plan and execute procurement activities, including the development of solicitation documents, evaluation of proposals, and award of contracts.
  • Contract Administration: Administer contracts, including the negotiation of contract modifications, resolution of disputes, and closeout of contracts.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of procurement specialists, providing guidance and oversight to ensure the successful execution of procurement activities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree with at least 24 semester hours of business courses.
