Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Medical Assistant to join our team at Dallas Health Partners. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for performing routine administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of our medical facility.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in healthcare administration or a related field, with a strong understanding of medical insurance and billing procedures. You will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively as part of a team.

In this role, you will be handling all administrative duties in a timely manner, including answering phones, scanning documents to the electronic medical record (EMR), and communicating with insurance companies for proper verification. You will also provide support to the rest of the front office staff and contribute to maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
