Transmission Line Foreman

Pike Electric, LLC is seeking a skilled Transmission General Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our construction, maintenance, and repair team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely and on time.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise crew members and ensure they are working safely and efficiently.
- Plan and coordinate projects, anticipating potential issues and needs.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and customers.
- Conduct pre-job or tailgate briefings to ensure crew members are aware of project details.
- Responsible for ensuring Company vehicles, equipment, and tools are maintained in good working condition.
- Responsible for complying with Company reporting procedures and completing required paperwork.
- Responsible for coordinating and inspecting the work of crew members.
- Willingness to work overtime when requested.
- Possesses a CDL and demonstrates safe driving.
- Able to properly inspect rubber goods and PPE.
- Able to lift in excess of 50 lbs.
- Able to work for extended periods in various locations, when required.
- Able to travel long distances on short notice, when required.
