Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to nursing staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and completing paperwork.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information, medical histories, and treatment plans.
- Assist with the coordination of patient care, including scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, and communicating with other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure the nursing station is well-organized and equipped with necessary supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time night shift position, working 11pm - 7:30am. The salary range is $37,814 - $39,702 per year.
