Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at SB Clinical Practice Management. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized direct patient care utilizing the skills and knowledge of the profession.
- Supervise auxiliary personnel assisting with the delivery of patient care.
- Accurately collect clinical data on patients and demonstrate competency in performing clinical interventions.
- Triage patient phone calls and troubleshoot medication management issues.
- Develop and organize a plan of care in consultation with treating physician.
- Provide proper and accurate documentation of patient care in the patient medical record.
- Coordinate any services or accommodations necessary to ensure effective communications between treating providers and patients.
- Administer medications, treatments, and contrast agents according to specific orders.
- Maintain infection control precautions and identify potential infection control problems.
- Associate's degree in Nursing.
- Current registration to practice as a Licensed Registered Nurse in New York State.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
