The Legal Administrative Assistant/Client Support Coordinator will play a vital role in our daily operations. Your duties will encompass a broad spectrum of activities, including document management, client assistance, and providing support to your colleagues. A keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: Organize, digitize, and maintain both electronic and physical files.
  • Client Interaction: Answer calls, welcome clients, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative functions, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure seamless office operations and provide necessary support.
  • Problem-Solving: Employ common sense and initiative to tackle challenges and identify efficient solutions.
Compensation:

$50,000 annually plus bonuses.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree is required.

Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, document management systems).

A proactive and positive demeanor, with a readiness to assist wherever necessary.

A typing speed of 50 words per minute is required.

A fondness for dogs and chocolate is an added bonus.
