Primary Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: Organize, scan, and maintain both digital and physical files.
  • Client Engagement: Answer incoming calls, welcome clients, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Compensation:

Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, document management systems).

A proactive and positive demeanor, with a readiness to assist wherever necessary.

Typing speed of 50 wpm is required.

A fondness for dogs and chocolate is an added bonus.
