About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Home Health Scheduling Manager to join our team at Silver Care LLC. As a Home Health Scheduling Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling of home care services for clients while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule coordination: Coordinate schedules for caregivers and clients, ensuring adequate coverage and addressing any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise.

  • Client communication: Communicate regularly with clients to understand their scheduling preferences and update them on caregiver assignments.

    ">
  • Caregiver assignment: Match caregivers with clients based on their skills, experience, and compatibility with client needs and preferences.

    ">
  • Scheduling software management: Utilize scheduling software (Aaniie) to manage caregiver schedules and client information.

    ">
  • Problem resolution: Address scheduling conflicts, last-minute cancellations, and other issues that may arise.

    ">
  • Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate records of client schedules, caregiver assignments, and any scheduling-related communications or incidents.

Requirements:

  • 1 year or more of home health scheduling experience.

    ">
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    ">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    ">
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and other office applications.

    ">
  • Knowledge of home care services and the needs of elderly or disabled clients.

  • Valid CNA License with 2 years or more of experience with direct care.
