The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

The primary responsibility of the Caregiver Scheduling Professional is to coordinate the scheduling of home care services for clients, ensuring that they receive the care and support they need. This involves working closely with caregivers, clients, and other members of the home care team to ensure seamless coordination of care and adherence to organizational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Coordination: Coordinate the scheduling of home care services for clients, ensuring that they receive the care and support they need.
  • Client Communication: Communicate regularly with clients to understand their scheduling preferences, update them on caregiver assignments, and address any concerns or changes to their schedule.
  • Caregiver Assignment: Match caregivers with clients based on their skills, experience, and compatibility with client needs and preferences.
  • Scheduling Software Management: Utilize scheduling software to manage caregiver schedules and client information and track necessary notes on clients and caregivers.
  • Problem Resolution: Address scheduling conflicts, last-minute cancellations, and other issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • 1 year or more of home health scheduling experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and other office applications.
  • Knowledge of home care services and the needs of elderly or disabled clients.
