**Job Description:** As a Scheduler for Home Health Services at Silver Care LLC, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient delivery of home care services to clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company and contribute to the success of our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling caregivers to provide home care services to clients while maintaining high-quality and customer satisfaction standards. You will also be required to communicate regularly with clients to understand their scheduling preferences, update them on caregiver assignments, and address any concerns or changes to their schedule.

About the Role:

  • Job description: Schedule coordination: Coordinate schedules for caregivers and clients to ensure adequate coverage and optimal caregiver availability.
  • Required skills and qualifications: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Salary: A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule coordination: Coordinate schedules for caregivers and clients to ensure adequate coverage and optimal caregiver availability.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to understand their scheduling preferences, update them on caregiver assignments, and address any concerns or changes to their schedule.
  • Match caregivers with clients based on their skills, experience, and compatibility with client needs and preferences.
  • Utilize scheduling software to manage caregiver schedules and client information and track necessary notes on clients and caregivers.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in home health scheduling.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and other office applications.
  • Knowledge of home care services and the needs of elderly or disabled clients.
  • A valid CNA License with 2 years or more of experience with direct care.
