Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned buildings
  • Take care of keys and access cards for the property

  • Ensure premises are secured at all times
  • Coordinate scheduling of cleaning crews and oversee quality of jobs
  • Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building
  • Attend and participate in all meetings and training sessions involving assigned properties and crews
  • Complete time sheets, validate time sheet accuracy, and deliver time sheets to the office
  • Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
  • Complete order forms completely and accurately
  • Coordinate equipment usage and inventories
  • Perform all tasks and duties required of the team
Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Up to 2 years of custodial experience
  • 2 to 5 years of leadership experience
  • Reside in the local area of Lancaster, PA
