**Job Summary**

Bit by Bit Inc is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Onsite Technical Support Specialist to provide top-notch technical support and customer service to our clients.

This is a full-time position, working on-site at a client's location 3-4 days a week. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of client systems, as well as creating and maintaining documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for client systems
  • Create and maintain documentation for client systems
  • Maintain client IT hardware inventory
  • Hardware and software troubleshooting
  • User onboarding and offboarding
  • Audio/Visual Conference support

Requirements:

  • Basic technical support of client systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft suite products
  • Experience with MFA, SSO, AD, and o365 preferred
  • Professional attitude and commitment to providing exceptional client service

Desirable Skills:

  • MSP experience
  • Experience supporting law firms
  • Network certifications and training (Microsoft, Apple, CompTIA, and Cisco)
  • Firewall and switch administration

Education:

  • 4-year college degree, preferably in a technical science or equivalent experience
  • All Microsoft and/or Apple technical certifications are a plus
