**Job Summary**
Bit by Bit Inc is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Onsite Technical Support Specialist to provide top-notch technical support and customer service to our clients.
This is a full-time position, working on-site at a client's location 3-4 days a week. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of client systems, as well as creating and maintaining documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for client systems
- Create and maintain documentation for client systems
- Maintain client IT hardware inventory
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- User onboarding and offboarding
- Audio/Visual Conference support
Requirements:
- Basic technical support of client systems
- Proficient with Microsoft suite products
- Experience with MFA, SSO, AD, and o365 preferred
- Professional attitude and commitment to providing exceptional client service
Desirable Skills:
- MSP experience
- Experience supporting law firms
- Network certifications and training (Microsoft, Apple, CompTIA, and Cisco)
- Firewall and switch administration
Education:
- 4-year college degree, preferably in a technical science or equivalent experience
- All Microsoft and/or Apple technical certifications are a plus
