Job Title: Manufacturing Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to join our team at IntelliPro Group Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the production planning, materials management, logistics operations, and personnel management. This role demands a high level of strategic planning and excellent execution skills to ensure optimization of production efficiency, cost control, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Production Oversight: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of long-term production capabilities and develop strategies to optimize the output of new and existing product lines.
  • Materials and Supply Chain Management: Design and implement a robust materials supply framework to guarantee uninterrupted production flow.
  • Operational Excellence in Logistics: Enforce stringent safety protocols within all warehouse and logistics operations to uphold high safety and quality standards.
  • Delivery and Distribution Efficiency: Lead logistics teams in executing seamless delivery strategies that ensure timely customer service and manage operational costs effectively.
  • Advanced Logistics System Planning: Oversee the optimization of logistics systems to improve the physical and informational flow of operations, enhancing overall efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Build and refine organizational structures to support business growth and employee development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in a manufacturing management role, with a proven track record in a related industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of end-to-end production planning processes.
  • Skilled in managing material control systems and overseeing comprehensive logistics operations.
  • Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and working with stakeholders at all levels.
