We are in search of a proactive and skilled HR Business Partner (HRBP) with extensive experience in the manufacturing domain. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in human resources, particularly in comprehensive recruitment processes for engineering roles, employee relations, and professional development initiatives. This position plays a vital role in advancing our HR strategy and ensuring the smooth execution of HR functions within a manufacturing context.
Comprehensive Recruitment:
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for various engineering roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Formulate and execute recruitment strategies aimed at attracting high-caliber talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess their staffing requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, assisting hiring managers in candidate evaluations.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a trusted advisor to both employees and management on HR-related issues.
- Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts with fairness and consistency.
- Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and facilitate employee engagement initiatives.
Leadership Development:
- Coach and mentor plant leadership on effective management practices.

Training and Development:

Strategic HR Collaboration:
- Partner with plant leadership to define the company's long-term objectives.

- Utilize insights from interactions with plant floor and business leaders to inform operational plans.
Performance Management:
- Assist in establishing work and development goals for employees.
- Manage the performance appraisal process.
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans as necessary.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and current employee records.
- Support the implementation of health and safety initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of HR experience, emphasizing full-cycle recruitment and employee relations.
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting for engineering roles within a manufacturing setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient in HRIS and recruitment software.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance.
- Professional interaction with individuals of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is essential.
