We are in search of a proactive and seasoned HR Business Partner (HRBP) with extensive experience in the manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Management:

  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for various engineering roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Formulate and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ascertain their staffing requirements.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a trusted resource for employees and management on HR-related issues.

Leadership Development:

  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and current employee records.
  • Support the implementation of health and safety initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment and employee relations.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruiting for engineering positions within a manufacturing setting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
