Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Production Management:

  • Evaluate long-term production capabilities and devise strategies to enhance the output of both new and existing product lines.
  • Align production demands with corporate goals, ensuring optimal capacity utilization and seamless execution of customer orders.

Materials and Supply Chain Coordination:

  • Establish and maintain a resilient materials supply framework to ensure uninterrupted production.
  • Manage supplier relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders to prevent material shortages and optimize inventory levels.

Logistics and Operational Excellence:

  • Implement rigorous safety protocols across all logistics operations to maintain high safety and quality standards.
  • Oversee the flow of materials to production lines and manage logistics costs through innovative supply chain strategies.

Delivery and Distribution Management:

  • Lead logistics teams in executing effective delivery strategies that ensure timely service and manage operational costs efficiently.
  • Continuously seek enhancements in transport and customs processes to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

Logistics System Optimization:

  • Oversee the refinement of logistics systems to improve operational flow and reduce costs.
  • Implement strategic initiatives such as automation and process reengineering to elevate logistics functions.

Leadership and Team Development:

  • Develop organizational structures that support business growth and employee advancement.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and skill enhancement within the team.

Minimum Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

● At least 10 years of experience in a manufacturing management capacity, with a proven track record in a relevant industry.

● In-depth knowledge of comprehensive production planning processes, capable of managing all phases from initial scheduling to final product delivery.

● Proficient in managing material control systems and overseeing logistics operations to ensure efficient material flow and cost-effective distribution.

● Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from inception to completion, showcasing excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

● Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and teams concurrently.

● Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

● Regular in-person attendance is required for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Certifications in quality management (e.g., CQE, CQA, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt).

● Experience in the new energy or automotive battery sectors.

Physical Requirements:

● Ability to navigate work sites, which may involve walking, standing, and climbing.

● Flexibility to bend, kneel, or crouch, especially when inspecting installations or troubleshooting.

● Capability to lift and carry moderate weights, typically up to 25-50 pounds, as some equipment and materials may be heavy.

● Occasional lifting of heavier items may be necessary, depending on the project.

● Ability to work in diverse environments, including offices and manufacturing facilities.

● Willingness and ability to travel to various job sites, which may require driving or other forms of transportation.
