Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans and schedules to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing operations.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate daily production activities, manage and mentor production team members, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes, conduct regular inspections and audits, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Safety and Compliance: Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze production metrics and implement changes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Communication: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, address employee concerns, and promote teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office software, familiar with ERP or SAP systems, and strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to move around work sites, flexibility to bend, kneel, or crouch, and capability to lift and carry moderate weights.
