At Charles River Laboratories, we are seeking an experienced Clinical Veterinarian to join our Insourcing Solutions team in Boston, MA.

The successful candidate will provide professional veterinary services on a local basis, including clinical responsibilities, oversight of local biosecurity practices, and providing guidance and expertise as needed.

Key responsibilities include leading regional veterinary teams, developing and updating treatment approaches, and providing staff training on surgical techniques and anesthesia.

The ideal candidate will have a veterinary degree (D.V.M./V.M.D.) or international equivalent, with at least two years of post-degree experience in residency, clinical practice, or a laboratory animal setting.

Strong preference is given to candidates with experience in a research/lab animal environment with a rodent focus, customer service experience, and at least one year of supervisory experience.

Salary range is $155,000 to $200,000 USD annually, with benefits including bonus/incentives based on performance, 401K, paid time off, stock purchase program, health and wellness coverage, and work-life balance flexibility.
