Mountain Ltd. is a national leader in the industry, providing high-quality engineering solutions for traditional and wireless telecom providers across the United States. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Telcom Network Engineer to join our team.

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer with expertise in outside plant facility design, planning, and management. The ideal candidate will have experience with COE/OSP work orders, including complex projects involving road moves. They will be responsible for performing detailed engineering tasks, estimating, analyzing, designing, planning, budget tracking, and preparing and interpreting engineering plans, drawings, and reports.

The selected candidate will also be expected to interface with multiple groups, collaborate on intra- and inter-state designs for implementation, and write projects implementing solutions. They must have a working knowledge of equipment used to provide answers to questions regarding installation and function when being placed in-service. Additionally, they will need to understand circuit design, functionality of devices, and work in the system used for this purpose.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, and benefits that include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to identify existing voice/data plant, electric, and other utilities on site plans and in the field. You must also be able to indicate existing voice/data plant location, relocate facilities, and obtain right-of-way and easements where required.
