Comprehensive Rewards and Compensation Expert

About the Position: We are looking for a talented Benefits and Compensation expert to join our Human Resources leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive benefits and compensation programs that drive business success and support employee growth.
">- Responsibilities:
- Design and implement benefits and compensation strategies that align with APL's business objectives
- Provide guidance to the Compensation Manager and senior leaders on compensation planning, classification structures, job architecture, and regulatory requirements
- Cultivate positive relationships with external partners, including benefits vendors and compensation consultants
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of human resources experience with an emphasis in benefits planning, design, and administration
- Experience with self-funded health care programs and broad-based design and implementation of compensation systems
- Excellent program management, leadership, persuasion, and change-management skills, including excellent written and verbal communications skills
About Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory (APL):
