Nuclear Propulsion Program Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to oversee a team of analysts responsible for identifying and protecting sensitive information related to the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program (NNPP). The successful candidate will have a strong background in classification reviews and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise a team of analysts responsible for conducting classification reviews of NNPP information
- Perform action tracking and provide administrative support for various types of reviews, including Automatic Declassification, Mandatory Declassification Review, Systematic Declassification Review, FOIA, and Privacy Act
- Support efforts related to classification software research and development
- Collaborate with government agencies, such as the National Archives and Records Administration, the National Declassification Center, the Department of Energy, and the Department of Navy, to ensure compliance with classification requirements
- Citizenship: Must be a citizen of the United States of America
- Security Clearance: Must possess an active DOD Top Secret security clearance or DOE 'Q' security clearance
- Education: Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience or Associate's degree and 6 years of relevant experience
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to read and comprehend technical documents
