Job Title: Lease Administrator

American Assets Trust, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lease Administrator to join our team. As a Lease Administrator, you will be responsible for administering a portfolio of office and retail properties, ensuring compliance with lease provisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and prepare accurate and detailed lease abstracts, including critical dates and financial requirements.
  • Prepare and send various lease-related documents, such as Acceptance of Premises, Confirmation of Lease Terms, and security deposit refunds.
  • Monitor tenant aging reports and assist with billing issues, account reconciliations, and audits.
  • Organize and maintain lease files, and prepare quarterly, semi-annual, and annual billings for taxes and insurance.
  • Reconcile operating expense recoveries and calculate lease assumptions and revenue for 5-year budgets.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Cam Reconciliation and Lease Abstract experience preferred.
  • Excellent math skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
