We are seeking a skilled Service Coordinator to join our team at Concern Housing. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our residents by facilitating their linkages with community resources, providing daily living skills training, counseling and support, and ensuring compliance with program requirements. Your responsibilities will include facilitating residents' linkages with services available in the community, providing individual counseling and support services, housing services, daily living skills training, performing monthly fire safety inspections, attending weekly supervision and staff meetings, and remaining current with all Agency required compliance documents and trainings. To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Rehabilitation, Social Work, or a related mental health discipline, and at least 2 years of experience working in a similar setting or with individuals with mental illnesses. Our estimated salary range is $60,000 - $80,000 annually based on location and experience, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance, flexible spending accounts, retirement plans, life insurance, and paid time off.
