Program Manager Opportunity

ManTech is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead a large, complex enterprise IT service management program for a DoD customer. The successful candidate will provide leadership, management, direction, administration, and quality assurance for the program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer mission success across numerous concurrent ITSM and modernization tasks.
  • Ensure quality and timeliness of all deliverables.
  • Workforce management.
  • Apply financial controls.
  • Financial and status reporting to the government and corporate leadership.
  • Risk management.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of overall experience in PM, including planning, directing, coordinating, and managing people and deliverables.
  • A minimum of five years of experience managing a performance-based program or portfolio of programs, leading geographically dispersed IT operations and engineering staff of varying skill levels.
  • Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 10 years of experience leading high-performing teams.
  • Experience at a DoD Combatant Command or a component.

Desired Qualifications:

  • An active certification in one of the following: Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have an active/current Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
